"Great location and Beautiful place. We felt very safe here. There is a gate and a garage. I appreciated the communication being fast and easy. The only thing I wish was different was having one more bathroom in the downstairs room that holds 4 people. They had to walk up 2 flights of stairs for a shower. Other than that, we were very happy with the place and we would definitely stay there again!"

"Absolutely loved the property! It was very conveniently located, parking was amazing. It is newly built and very spacious. We were in town for the night very last minute due to a family emergency and because of the holiday there weren’t too many places available. My only complaint is the price, the cleaning fee is as much as a 1 night stay. "

"The floors were dirty. It appeared nobody had swept or vacuumed the floors as we could see some dirty on the floor. Light bulbs were out. Marks on the walls that could have easily been cleaned off. Refrigerator was broken but serviceable. Tubs for the shower were a little sketchy. We couldn’t find any instructions on how to use some items. "

"Arrived at the unit and was immediately greeted by 4 homeless adults that were living on the porch "to enjoy the AC leaking out from under the door" they have set home a home with mattresses on the sidewalk out front, and were actively using drugs in front of my family. Hosteeva told me just use the back door. LOL. Currently fighting the charge with Amex, zince Hosteeva wont refund my money."

"We stayed here with family. The area felt very safe. We were able to walk to the grocery store and other restaurants during the day. You need a car in my opinion but there's plenty of on street parking and a garage. The trolley is within walking distance as well. We loved city park which is basically right down the road. There's also a pool area which was nice to hang out at but the water is not heated. My only complaint is the overpowering smell of fabulouso. I'm sensitive to cleaning product...

"The home offered beautiful views of the city, day and night. The location was great! It was only 1 block from St. Charles Street and another for the streetcar pick up. It was 2 or 3 blocks from The Pontchartrain Hotel which had a rooftop bar which gave an even more expansive view of the city. We walked many places, including the garden district, WWII Museum, the French Quarter and also delicious restaurants. The city was working on the street a few days while we were there, but it was tolerable...

"Our party of 7 spent 6 nights here & while it didn't meet our expectations we made it work. Pros: Ample space, easy parking in front & convenient keyless entry. "The property certainly is presented a little better on the photos than in person. Don’t get me wrong, the lobby is beautiful, but the rooms lack the same artistic appeal. The pool area was really dirty. The floors needed to be pressure washed, the lounge beds were moldy. It looks like the place started off with great intention but there’s a lazy feel about how they are keeping up with everything. Parking is ridiculous at times if you don’t know the area well.
