「Will choose this hotel again when return to Madrid 」

「The pool and spa facilities are glorious」

「Convenient, walking distance to the palace and shopping malls. Next to the Gran Via station. The hotel room is comfortable and the balcony is so nice to see the beautiful scene. So relax living there. 」

「Poor service, took hours to deliver serval items. air con not working at the beginning, needed to call to activate. But nice location and interior design. 」

「Incredible hotel and staff. I loved the access to different classes and the spa. The rooftop is tiny but beautiful and gets good sun. My only issue I had was that despite the waitstaff being very helpful and clear about my allergies, I was given a meal that was covered in pistachios. I could have died.」
