"This is a basic hotel that meets basic needs. The room was very clean and had a fridge,microwave and coffee maker. The staff was very nice and friendly. The downsides, there is no elevator and there are 2 floors, so if you have large pieces of luggage or issues with walking up stairs, you ned to reserve a room on the lower level. The included breakfast is very minimal. Breakfast consists only of a pancake machine, cereal, juice and coffee. The breakfast room is very small and along with it comes a very small selection. All of the beverage vending machines were out of order, so best to bring drinks with you to put in fridge. The location was very convenient, but traffic does back up on main road leading to I-10."

"Staff was okay responding to our needs but the place itself was not worth placing on Hotels.com lust!!! There was no hot water in the taps until a staff discovered the faucets are all backwards and takes about 10 minutes to warm up. It has full kitchen amenities but no utensils or pots and pans. The microwave barely functions but the ref can cool foods down to freezing. There were no trash bins in the room except for a small one by the toilet. In short, the amenities needed for a restful stay are lacking!!! Will not go back and Hotels.com should remove from their list. Definitely a 1 star place only because my parking spot was directly in front of our unit!"

"The place was good for the price for sure but the cleaning should have been better and the office staff was nice at check in and then they BOTH became very rude. I’ve booked there several times for work purposes and the place itself if fine, the mattresses are fantastic! The house keepers are nice and helpful but they no pride anymore due to their work conditions and management!!!! Do SOMETHING with your new management. They are terrible!"

"Checked in the room at 8p m left by 630a m. The room was outdated.Didn't sleep under the covers.We had our own blankets never used any of the towels, but still was charged.57 because they said, we ruin.Sheets. They said the maid took pictures of the sheets. I know it wasn't our room because we never unmade the beds i stay in hotels all the time.I will never stay in this one again."

"No parking was horrible i had to park in the back area.. The sheets looked light grey they did not smell clean and not to mention my son got ring worm from the carpet it felt dirty sticky.. "

"I walk into my room and Tv and the refrigerator was not working. They were not plug in even to the back of the TV. Toilet seat was very loose, someone forgot to tighten the nuts to it. Lamps on each side of the bed did not work. Bulbs burnout. I ask the Lady at the desk if maintenance could put new ones in. Never happened. "
