「Never saw anyone that worked there until when we were pulling out to leave for home. No one there to check in had to do it by phone with the street noise in the background.」

「The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense. Unhappy」

「Too many ants in the room」

「Good」

「We had a mix up on sleeping arrangements and ended up without enough beds for our group. When I shared our issue with the manager he went out of his way to not only put us in another room but also found us a room that had an adjoining room that allowed us to have even more space and beds. I am not sure what we would have done without his willingness to accommodate our needs. Not every hotel would do that. I will definitely be staying there again on my next trip to Branson.」

「Hotel is convenient as just 1 stop light from 76 strip. The rooms are very clean and include walk in showers. They have a great breakfast along with cobbler cookies and ice cream in the evening. The staff is very friendly and make sure you have an excellent stay」

「Nice clean rooms !」
