"This is a good place to take kids if you’re in Branson and just want something easy where everything is in one spot. The kids will have fun and there’s enough to keep them busy for a while. That said, it’s definitely not a high-end resort. The buffet was pretty bland, just your standard buffet food, and the arcade is pretty limited. Check-in was also slower than it should be. I waited about 30 minutes just to get to the desk. The pool area is decent with the wave pool and slides, but that’s really about it. After a few hours, it felt like there wasn’t much else to do there. The hot tub was also underwhelming and felt more like something you’d see in someone’s house than at a resort. Overall, it’s not bad, just a more basic, family-focused place. If you’ve ever stayed somewhere like Great Wolf Lodge, this isn’t on that level. But if you’re just looking for something simple where the kids can have fun, it does the job"

"We didn't even stay after checking in. There was a stain on our bed and our lamp was broken. Our "non-smoking" room REEKED of smoke. The elevator was in a dim corner that made us feel unsafe. The pool was dirty and foggy with a film on the top. There was a hairball at the base of the water feature (which was rusted) and the hot tub was "permanently closed" which no one notified us on the site nor upon arrival. We had to check-in and out our pool towels which was silly for standard pool towels from a 2-star hotel. "

"Breakfast was good. Building is old. Its motel style entrance to your room is outside. My one year old found a furniture staple on the ground. Def not my fave stay we left a day early because of bad storms coming in and they wouldn’t refund our second night. "

"Hotel needs some interior clean up and spruce up. Grounds were well kept. Room (9th fl King Suite) was adequate but furniture was well used and could be updated. Bathroom was large but shower was small and water pressure on the 9th floor was lacking. Internet is very slow and spotty (think dial up). Even with the paid internet, it was still slow. Staff members were all pleasant and able to answer any questions and more than willing to address issues. Breakfast was good if you are staying one or two nights but any longer you’d get tired of the same every morning. Eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, tater tots, cereal, yogurt and a fruit medley. Does not vary from day to day. Starbucks coffee in the basement is nice. Workout room needs attention. Treadmills need rehab and there were no wipes for post workout equipment cleaning. Pool (indoor/outdoor combo) looked clean and the hot tub was warm and the water was clear. I’d give this place a 7 out of 10. "
