「Ice rink was not available the first two days which was the only reason we booked at the Carousel my grandchildren love to ice skate. The hot tub was not working on Saturday the Coffee shop was not open the first 2 days. 」

「We had a wonderful second stay at the Dune Suite Oceanfront and had a great time once again. This time we stayed on the 5th floor with an ocean-facing room, and the view was absolutely amazing. Our suite had a cute small kitchen with a nice-sized refrigerator, which was very convenient. The bed and pillows were comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. One small note is that our room only had a thick sheet rather than a traditional blanket, which may not be warm enough for...

「The location is good. Even though you cannot see the beach in your room but you can just walk to the beach by crossing a road. The room is fantactis. I ordered a big bed and I am very surprised that it is KING Size!!! The hotel room has everything you need. and the check out is super super fast, you just need to tell your room number and give the card back to the front tesk. I really enjoy staying here. They provide declisious breakfast in the morning untill 10:30AM. I will definitley come back...

「The stay was disappointing due to constant noise at night. Metal Doors were frequently opening and closing, and the elevator noise was very noticeable. The room’s sound insulation is poor, making it difficult to rest. In addition, breakfast service was slow, with long wait times to receive food.」
