「Everything was great ! 」

「Everything was good! But the front desk person was a bit rude. He should learn to behave with customers. Overall it was all great 」

「Staff was incredible. Hotel was clean, updated, and well stocked. Our only complaint was that the restaurants were all closed but we understood because it was the off season. The indoor bowling alley was a huge plus though 」

「Everything was perfect. The young lady from Galveston, I can’t remember her name but she was wonderful and so helpful. The condo we stayed in was very clean and we loved our balcony with the view of the aspen trees changing colors. We would definitely stay here again. 」

「The room was very charming, with a private balcony. The second floor lobby was very comfortable for eating and lounging. The hotel supplies hot water for tea or hot chocolate at all times, plus all plates, bowls, mugs, and silverware, and with a fridge and microwave in the room, it was very easy to prepare simple meals there. It's an easy walk to Main Street or to the Peak 8 gondola.」

「The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. We used the pullout couch and that was comfortable as well.」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

「This is a great place to stay that is close to everything. The furniture is comfortable and the jacuzzi tub is top knotch.」

「Really great people in every aspect of the place. From front desk to concierge (Carol) to ski (Nathan) and parking valet, all great! Some aspects of the rooms are just beginning to get a little worn and dated - to be expected in a ski resort. Absolutely great location!」
