「Excellent location right inside the old city. Easy walk to nearby attractions, restaurants, bars and more.
Check-in happens at a coffee shop outside Ploce Gate, so be prepared to walk 8 mins to the hotel. Fairly easy walk, but cobbled streets.
Inside, the property, rooms and decorations are immaculate and beautiful. No elevator, so a fair bit of stair climbing.
Minor point: safe wasn't functioning in my room due to previous guests leaving it locked.

「I had a wonderful stay at La Vita e Bella in Dubrovnik’s Old Town. My room (Room 1 at La Vita e Bella IV) was recently renovated, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches. 「Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. There's a view of the tower from the window. The giant soaking tub was a nice bonus. We stayed here for eleven nights. Half those nights there were large concerts in the Stradun (including on New Years Eve), but with the windows closed we slept through the noise.

「The hotel is located right inside the old town and is just a short walk to the nearest exit at Pile Gate. Check-in is at another location but is close enough.
