Overall the place had a great location in Old Town. The Owner was great and very responsive. Place was smaller than I originally thought it would be, but when you are out and about that is not much of a factor. My one complaint would be the other people staying in the apartment’s could be heard clearly until 5:00 AM!!

Pictures on the add are extremely misleading. Room 1, and the name suggests, it's not an apartment, it's a room. Not sure about 2 and 3 but number 1 is room and it is quite small. It is very clean and very well taken care of and obviously the location is great.

Very comfortable and great location to Pile gate. Great video showing exactly where it is located and finding key is super easy. My only comment would be to have guests leave luggage at tourist office at the Pile Gate (once inside the gate) as it is only 8 euros and close to apartment. Many many steps- which I didn’t know beforehand. If you can’t do stairs ask for apt. 1.

The only challenge is that the apartment is at the top of two flights of narrow, steep stairs, and there's another flight up from the bedroom to the living area. If that's not a problem then everything else is great. There's a balcony (view of the building opposite, but you're in the Old City!). The double glazing effectively blocks noise, the aircon works. Because you're in the Old City everything is just there .. loved it.

Cannot beat the location

If you want to stay within the walled city of Dubrovnik this spot is perfect, it is easy to find and you don't have to go up too many steps. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

If you want to stay within the walled city this place is ideal. You don't have to climb too many steps, which can be a concern here. I would definitely recommend staying here as it is quite reasonably priced.

We had a great couple of nights in the room on first floor. It’s small but very well furnished with all functions for a short but comfortable stay right in the middle of the Old Town. The street is quite and not crowded by tourists and the area just below has many really good restaurants. Highly recommended!

An excellent room in the heart of old town. However if you struggle with fitness, have large luggage or are unable to move easily up a very narrow winding stairwell this is not the property for you. Neve the owner is lovely.

Great place right in the city but, for example, we had room 3 and can see stairs being an issue for some either because mobility issues they may have and/or if traveling with a big luggage piece. The location was very central, within Old Town, and we were able to visit the different attractions quickly. We arrived after 10p and felt safe walking from the drop off point to our accommodation. Very lit and some shops were still open so we were able to talk a walk in Old Town and have some refreshment. The only negative for us was that our room was on an upper floor and the steps were beautiful but narrow and slippery marble. We are seniors and had to be very careful going up and down. There were handholds to aid the ascend and descend which was vital for us. The accommodation itself was excellent. We would happily stay there again.

Room in the middle of it all

It was in the middle of the old town. Not much stairs to climb to the property. 60 and Older people may find the stairs a bit too much to climb to the property. Depending on which floor you are staying, the stairs within the property is hard to scale; especially with luggage. Other than this inconvenience the room is in the middle of everything

A fantastic apartment in a great location. The owner is lovely and very helpful. The apartment is a few steps from wonderful bars and restaurants, but still managed to be quiet and restful. There are steps to the apartment, but not too many). More steps inside the apartment to reach the top floor apartment with the balcony. Probably not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
