"Very disappointed . Usually ibis has facilities for have a snack kettle toaster fridge. Was warm My wife was booked into have heart operation. I am eighty and I was stressed having a three hour journey to arrive at admissions for 7am . I rang the day before. Shown know compassion, just told that would cost more. I just needed a place to relax . The fire alarm went off with no explanation for a lengthy time. So though the hotel staff were pleasant, we had no money to spend on extras. It was a life saving trip not a holiday. So you could have been more compassionate given our circumstances "
