「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「It’s been about 2O yrs since my wife and I traveled to Aruba staying at this hotel was perfect easy access to dine dinning and easy walk to the beach. Unfortunately it’s first come first gets a beach chair but that was okay since we had the infinity pool to ourselves and and took full advantage. Would we return most definitely.」

「We’ve stayed at several properties in Aruba, the Hyatt regency has been the best so far. Centrally located, many wonderful restaurants nearby, plenty of rental beachfront spaces. Very nice staff, a little pricy on the drinks and some wait staff are slow, but others make up for it. We will be back.」
