"Pleased to be upgraded, with our room giving views of the tower. Liked having 2 comfortable seats plus coffee table. Our room was very clean & comfortable. Location excellent, near many restaurants and major bus routes. Breakfast had good variety, however seating was overcrowded especially when groups present. Self serve laundry now available with 2 washers & dryers (reasonable cost)."

It’s an old hotel, room safe did not work until we called maintenance, then the toilet did not flush so we called again , then the door handle to the toilet room fell off, so I screwed it back in. The sliding glass bathroom door made loud high scraping noise when closing it. I would not recommend hotel to my friends or family."
