"Amazing staff at reception.. I went to my home team Bursaspor’s championship match in Bursa and I was greeted phenomenally. Everything I asked for helpfull staff provided.. Really enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was also fantastic as there were a variety of options for breakfast including daily soup.. I really recommend this fabulous hotel.."

"Hotel is in a great location and ideal for easy access to attractions and the bazaar. Our room was nice and cozy and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was the wifi was not so good could not access Netflix etc. Not a biggie as we were not there to watch tv. Would recommend as a place to stay"

"The cleaness need improvement. Doesn’t look like they have the indoor parking anymore, but I parked in the small lot (4 cars capacity) without a problem. As others reviewed, you need turn on the hot water for maybe 5-10 min, then you will get hot water. No separation between Roland shower area, so floor will get wet. The staff were very nice to me. Overall, this is an acceptable economic option."

"Hotel is extremely well located, with the hustle and bustle of Bursa life right on the doorstep. Unfortunately, that’s all it has going for it. The room was not clean, with visible build-up of dirt, and the linen was worn with holes. The bathroom was very dated and uninviting to shower in. The images do not reflect reality. Staff were somewhat helpful but appeared unhappy. Breakfast was fresh, but the dining experience was dismal—broken chairs and furnishings that looked 40 years old. I would have rated it higher if the price matched the standard of the hotel."
