「Birçok noktaya kolay ulaşılabilecek konumda. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Oda aşırı derecede sigara kokuyordu ve ne yapsam koku çıkmadı ve rahatsız etti. Duvarlar aşırı ses geçiriyordu ve rahat uyuyamadım. 」

İstanbul Hotel & Suites'i fiyat performans olarak bölgedeki en mantıklı yer oldugu için tercih ettim e bu sebeple de çok fazla beklentim yoktu ancak hem çalışanlar hem otelin temizliği hem de konforu fiyatı'nın çok çok üzerindeydi artık kesinlikle avrupa yakasındaki otel'im burası olacak.」

「I have enjoyed my stay at Almassa aparthotel very much. It was very clean and the receptionist Mr Hossam is kind and helpful. He gave us a lot of information and provided extra covers and pillows. He helped us with the hot bath and sauna. This facility is great to have in the same place so we didn’t need to go outside. The city is like a village and very nice and friendly people.
