The hotel stay was a good experience. They don't have free parking, but you can use the paid parking which is 200 meters away and the charge is reasonable to your pocket. The staff was good, supportive.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bursa Family, the price was very affordable and the location was perfect, located right in the historic center next to the Grans Baazar and all of the tourist attractions. I will be coming back soon

The location was excellent. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful and staff very helpful and pleasant. We stayed in room 302 and although some minor maintenance needs to be done it was a great stay and excellent value. Would happily stay again.

We stayed for 2 days. The hotel’s location is perfect right in the center of the city, really close to the Ulu cami, kapalı çarşi, koza han, pirinç han and other places. The breakfast had a good variety. The staff is very helpfull especially Deniz hanım she was so welcoming and friendly and helped us with transportation

The hotel is located near the famous ULU Mosque and the bustling Bursa Bazaar. It is surrounded by numerous restaurants, and transportation to main attractions like the teleferik and Osman Gazi tomb is convenient. Roshan at reception is very nice and helpful. She speaks Arabic and that helped us to understand many things. The food at the breakfast was great.

EXCELLENT VALUE and LOCATION

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, excellent value for money , nice neat buffet system breakfast, beautiful wooden furniture in the rooms. Location is best , is near everything , right in front of the grand bazar and few mins walk to Osamn Gazi Tomb amazing stay and just outside the hotel is the taxi stand , so easy transport too , they also allowed me to keep my luggage in reception both times when I came earlier than check in time and when I had to go shopping after check out time and helped with luggage too, I loved my stay at Bursa, kind people , thank you so much for everything!!!

The best aspect of the property is the location, within walking distance of Tophane Park (Osman and Orhan resting places), main mosque and Koza Han. The property is very dated, no lift, limited options at breakfast, cold rooms with dated bathroom provisions. If you are staying with family I would recommend somewhere else but as a single night option for a day excursion, its suitable. You get what you pay for?

Disastrous hygiene

The hotel has extremely poor hygiene, bed bugs infestation, and bad bathroom fixtures. Maintenance is not great either since the AC of first room we’ve offered was not working. I booked a triple room with one single bed and one twin bed. Both beds have bed bugs and we suffered terrible bug bites during our stay. The bugs were even roaming freely on floor next to bed and on wall. The hotel’s location is nice though and the receptionist miss Rooshan was really helpful and understanding to our trauma but damage was already done.

location is excellent - Room AC was initially not working and repaired after several requests. No room cleaning done during my two days stay. No telephone for internal communication with reception. even main light of the room and bed side lamps are not functioning. Breakfast varieties are reasonable but with limited taste quality.

Great location, but needs renovation

The hotel was just a few minutes walk away from the main markets and restaurants which was great for a short trip. The room was unfortunately quite dirty as you can see from the photos. It doesn’t look like they do a deep clean very often, more a light tidying. The towels and bed sheets didn’t smell fresh either. The hotel lobby was quite nice to sit in and chill out, and the staff were very friendly and helpful when we asked questions in English or Turkish. We didn’t try the breakfast as it was quite basic, but it looked fine as an option.
