"Great location for our stay, but the "double" beds seemed even tinier than doubles, the bathrooms are old and could use a refresh- drainage in the shower was an issue, and they wouldn't refresh the room in the middle of a 4 day stay- just dropped off new sheets and towels. Lobby is nice, and the restaurant was never open the weekdays of our stay. I really wanted to love this hotel as it has a lot of history for me, but it came up a bit short."

"Great place but not a value. There was a concert and two weddings happening on the day I was staying. It was very busy! Long elevator waits. Long waits for coffee. The lobby was so crowded all the time. I suppose these are the signs of a successful business? I never felt like a “guest” more like a consumer. One K lighter for two days and a meal. The cost of big city living put the squeeze on this country mouse."

Food certainly wasn’t bad but paying almost $30 a person for a breakfast buffet I expected a bit more variety and options. Selection variety wise it felt a step up from what similar hotels have offered as complimentary. However that’s a minor gripe to an otherwise great experience."
