"Outdoor property very, very unloved. Driving by would have thought it abandoned. No plants / grass. Lots of small bits of trash around cabin. Porch treads / carpet, furniture falling apart. "Amazing! Loft is really cool. Grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The river is beautiful and the wildlife encounters are awesome.
