「The staff that was on the property were great. Even with a language barrier, they went above and beyond to help. The property is very clean. Housekeeping staff work very hard. The phone in our room didn't work, so I was unable to dial "0" for assistance. The check-in process is weird. That should be noted when people are making reservation.」

「It is pet friendly so keep that in mind. You will see plenty of dogs. The bath was clogged and it was a bit hard to shower with the puddle of water. The kitchen sink smelled bad. Very spacious and comfortable if you travel with family. Parking is a bit hard to find」

「The property is very nice and clean and new too. The only thing was the employees are not very nice or friendly. None said good morning or good afternoon at all during my stay. 」

「The Hotel facilities in general are very good and the reception staff are very friendly. The only problem is that the person who works in the Hotel bar decided on his own to close the bar yesterday Saturday and not provide us with service before the established time. It was only 9pm when we went to the bar, which had no customers at that time and he said he wouldn't serve and closed the bar.」
