「Staff very nice and always smiling and very safe after hours you need a key to get in never seen this before 」

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

The staff was friendly, hotel was up to par and clean and it was in a nice location. I will definitely be staying at a Fairfield Inn on my next destination! 」
