「Amazing service by the whole team. Warm welcome at the door, everyone on the team was honestly of 5 star hotel quality. It was warm, friendly, and professional. Jacuzzi, swimming pool, and steam room are small but functional. Location is superb. Room is spacious, and beddings are of good quality. At this price point it is actually one of the best hotels in France.」

「We enjoyed our 2-night stay here very much. The hotel is located at the centre of the city, very close to the Collégiale Notre-Dame. The front door of the hotel leads to the underground lobby. The front desk staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, the check-in process was very smooth. Our room is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. The front desk staff was very helpful」

「Ce fut une expérience époustouflante, jamais nous n’aurions imaginé dormir dans un véritable château, à ce point authentique, historique et romantique. 「Really nice hotel with excellent staff. All members appeared well trained and were extremely friendly. Great position and easy to access. Room was very large and good breakfast. One of two parts now need updating but on the whole very nice hotel. Parking was confused €20 a night which is fine but some guests were parking free just in front of hotel which we could have done had we known. Very dog friendly. Would definitely stay again. 」

「Une nuit au sein de cet établissement, récement repris par un passionné de l'hôtellerie, ayant une expérience de grands hotels. Le lieu est super, tres cosy. Nous avons été accueilli par le directeur, et tout de suite le lien se crée. Le sommelier nous a fait visiter la cave de l'hôtel, et découvrir l'histoire de ce lieu et de Gevrey Chambertin. Plutot bien placé, la visite de Gevrey peut se faire à pieds depuis l'hôtel. 」
