"Positive parts of the stay were friendly staff, great breakfast and location. Negative were room - executive king, in space only. This room was worn and dreary looking, in need of updating and modernisation. I was woken very early to the sound of glass recycling bin being emptied, and you can hear creaking sounds as people walk around in other rooms. "

Saw other guests complaint about same issue so I guess it’s common. Parking was stressful, their carpark was expensive and full so had to quickly drop everything then park at the mall carpark for £7 a day. No cars allowed in front of hotel except for buses. You have to go around to get to the hotel carpark"
