"Very basic hotel and breakfast, the only good thing is close to Bruges Train Station. Unlike other stations, there is no decent place to eat. The escalators to the hotel were not working. We had to drag our luggage up many flights of stairs. The room was so small that we couldn’t fully open our mid-size luggage. The walls were not sound proof, could hear clearly next room talking. If we have a chance to come back to Bruges, we would stay there again."

"Since you don't have a huge staff, we would like to have sit around the bar but the front desk was also the bartenders and not also available to tend bar."

"This was a fabulous hotel! The history and decor was absolutely marvelous. The staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. The rooms were lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was in a great location, walkable to restaurants and the market square. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bruges. "

"Hotel Biskajer is in a great location, next to the burg, easily walkable to all interest points, Belfry, Church of Our Lady, Beguinage, Basilica of the Holy Blood, Almshouses, etc. The hotel is beautifully decorated with lace curtains, china tea cups and more. The optional breakfast buffet is in a beautiful room. While I don’t usually enjoy breakfast, the ambiance is worth it. As an extra treat, we received a bag of cookies as we checked out. We are towards the end of our European trip. We only spent two nights at Hotel Biskajer and this was the first hotel that cleaned our room during our stay. I would definitely return to Hotel Biskajer and will recommend it to our family and friends."
