「The front desk professional was kind and friendly. The room was clean and cozy. However, the outside was full of dog poo. There was piles and piles of dog poo on the front area of the hotel facility outside. I believe people live in the hotel with their pets and don’t clean up after them. It’s not a pretty sight and not welcoming to a visitor. 」
