「Hermosa habitación todo muy limpio y cuidado. Nos dejaron una botella de vino y unas galletas además de un mensaje de bienvenida lo que te hace sentir como en casa. La ubicación es excelente. Hay café de cápsulas gratis. En fin muchos detalles. Todo es nuevo y la cama muy cómoda. El único problema que la hora de salida sea a las 10 am me parece muy temprano y que el check in sea tan limitado pues solo puedes llegar antes de las 18:30 pero en general todo está muy bien y lo recomiendo...

「The Hotel location provides a private and relax environment for holiday in Venice. Good: Accommodation - the room is quiet and tidy. Room service is excellent, in room dining is good too. Staff - all the staffs are friendly and helpful. Food - quality of in room dining and restaurant are good. Bad: Toilet is too old for 5 stars hotel, there was only bath and no shower. There was no cover for the bath which makes it’s difficult to shower.」

「Its a bit expensive compare to other hotels in Lido, but I just love their beach! The free shuttle to Venice is very convenient and comfortable. I've booked a sea view room but the balcony is not really big, so better save that money to book a normal room instead. The breakfast was excellent and they even have 4 kinds of milk to choose from (but it cost extra 25 euro). A luxurious experience to spoil yourself!」

「We arrived at 12 ,kindly ask for luggage storage only ,but the lady on the counter says let me see what can I do for you ,then we are checking in to our comfortable room ,with bottle of champagne welcome us!we love the location,we love the atmosphere and everything about this hotel.we have very bad experience with the previous hotel in Mestre. 「Near by several docks so it is easy for water bus transportation. Staff are friendly and nice. Breakfast is very good. Beds are comfortable. Room is not big and enough to stay. We would like to come back again. 」

「I love this hotel from the friendly staff to the room condition and location. The room is small but neat and beautiful. The staff are the friendly and respectful, they are the major reason why I like this hotel so much. The location is perfect, there's one dock right at the corner all the way directly to airport. 「Hotel restaurant is fairly good, bar is great, especially the waiters and bartenders are in good energangy. Location is in the city center closed to ferry station. If you are in for shopping, this is also a good place to stay with all the luxury brands around. The only problem I have is the drainage system in the shower/bath tub. The water goes down very slowly, everytime I took shower, it will take 15 minutes till the wastewater to go down completely. I notified the front desk to send someone...
