"We didn't have any pets or use the laundry facilities"

"Hotel was very nice, room was spacious and location was not far from attractions. It was very noisy with kids crying, running in hallway and making a lot of noise at 7am or 10pm. We could hear everything through our wall even above us with ppl dropping items."

"We did not have a trash can, asked 3 times and finally got one our last night. Pool and hot tub not working. This was not communicated. I would have stayed somewhere cheaper if I had known… no discount offered. Asked for more towels and had to go seek them out because they weren’t given to us. I had to park in the back and found out the pool ( the only door in the back) wouldn’t open. I had to walk around the side. The area was unlit and dark. My concern is not for me but my mom or other more vulnerable people who may have to get in that way. Most of the staff was very nice. You just didn’t have it together. "

"The breakfast was great with many options and well stocked. The staff was very helpful. Our first room did have evidence of bed bugs either current or in past. We asked to move rooms and staff was very helpful to make that happen. Would recommend staying here."
