This is a hotel on lovely acreage for hunt trips. There is plenty of land, groomed, for bird hunting. My stay was just to attend a 50th anniversary party in the area. 3 miles away. Upon arrival, I noticed the lodge. Barnwood. The interior is warm, old barnwood, beautiful large comfortable chairs and couch. Modern stocked (food and snacks) kitchen for cooking and breakfast, lunch dinner.
Pool table, large screen TV (Cable). Deer antlers, stuffed fish, and game on all the walls. The bedrooms are...

Traveled to area for a college visit at GSU. Location was very convenient to all campus activities as well as shopping and restaurants right down the street. Staff friendly and informed. Rooms clean and organized.

Worked great for a quick stopover on GSU game night. Has full fridge, 2 burner stove, appliances, pots/pans/dishes/utensils. Neighborhood was a little less than desirable, but I would stay again for a quick layover. Price was excellent.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and the layout of the building. It was close to everything needed. When I came to the first room the fridge did not work, so the guy moved me to another room immediately. The office members were easy to find when needed for assistance. The pool was clean and the rooms smelled nice. The only area I was not so pleased was that there was no laundry room. Other than that my stay was perfect.

My husband and I spent 4 night in this motel, right across from Georgia Southern, and I have to say we were very pleasantly surprised. The room was comfortable, and the staff nice, even if the breakfast was less than "continental". But this was a great value.

We've stayed here often and it's always been a good experience. Checkin is quick and easy and the staff is friendly. This is a no-frills hotel and that's all we need for an overnight stay. There's plenty of dining choices nearby.
