「Easy Check-in since room key was left in lockbox with a passcode, however the room was Cockroach Central! Immediately upon entering the room for the first time you can see all the roaches scurry away. Unfortunately the room was not what it seemed like in the photos. The Expedia.com pics must have been several years ago since many items in room were broken (toilet bowl, curtains, etc. Location was great and many places within walking distance. 「When I open the towels those rolled on the bed, I found it was still wet, when I open the cupboard and take out the dishes and cup, I found sill water in it, no kettle provided, the fridge is broken, the bathtub is leaking, and there are no staff in the lobby, I stayed there 4 days but none come to clean the room, I should go to supermarket to buy towel, slipper and garbage bag,......」

「Close proximity to cheap eats, shopping in walking distance. Malls and the airport are close by as well. Jen is the best! I came back for a second stay!」

「This unit is infested with reaches. They had to move us to a different unit. Hopefully, they do something about it. Other than that, the unit is nice and cozy. 」

「Conveniently located near Mall of Asia (20 min walking or a short Grab ride) and the airport (Grab ride- T1), our stay at Shore Residences was comfortable and accessible. The unit and the lobby were very clean and smelled good. The unit has all the amenities like hot water in the shower, kitchen utensils, fridge, microwave, kettle, and the A/C was cold. The host was very responsive and prepared the pass and check in instructions in advance for us. Use of pool and the gym had extra charges...

「There were shops nearby and grocery right next to the hotel. Overall wasn’t a bad place but wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. 」
