No housekeeping. Internet not working. We were told that due to the “wind” the WiFi was not operating but it was sunny and no wind. Hairs all over the shower. Floors dirty. Who ever says they clean the room is not accurate. There’s only 9 channels.

Worse place to book your stay at. Seems to have a lot of drug activity and those people staying there like it’s their home. There was roaches in the bathroom. Worse place I’ve ever stayed at!!!

Their website must show old pictures of the motel because it definitely needs to be refreshed. It is kind run down and because of the cheap price it has some shady looking guests.

It was a terrible experience. The rooms do not have microwaves or refrigerators. The place feels unsafe, and there is no kitchen at all. I asked for help, and the only answer I received was, "There are no more rooms," it was so frustrating.

Transients in and out of the property at all hours. Barking dogs and poop in the grassy area where I had to take my dog. Trash left in parking lot from people with no regard for others!!!

the Staff was friendly at the front desk when checking in and out. The property was clean, pretty well maintained and in a fairly good area. The room was small, basic… don’t expect shampoo, conditioner, a fridge, a cofee maker, etc. Hey, its Motel 6 and not the Waldorf…. but you can expect a place you can feel comfortable getting a good night sleep before taking the kids to Knotts or Disneyland. The 1 thing to note is that the shower is really small. If you are over 6ft be prepared to duck.

The hotel is in a great location but the hotel it self was just okay. The rooms don't have refrigerators or microwaves, ice machine didn't work they said they was waiting on a part.

Selected a non smoking room and it smelled like smoke.. since I was with my baby, I called the front desk and asked for another room. Front desk staff was great at helping us. New room didn’t have a smoke smell to it but both beds were broken. The bath had mold on the handle.. we checked in on a Saturday and it was full of suspicious activity. 2 homeless men outside by the parking, drunk people everywhere, and even the cops had shown up. Didn’t feel safe at all. Since we were going to be out all days and just staying there for sleep, we stayed. During the week it was better. More families and overall a better experience than the weekend. However won’t be staying here again. The staff was great again, the cleaning was as best as it could be given the conditions of the motel

This place was very unsafe people of all hours out lurking dog feces everywhere this hotel should not use Disneyland/knots Berry Farm as a name very misleading when you arrive to this facility and then you’re stuck no refunds so you have no choice but to spend the night after paying $200 a night very unsafe area. This hotel should be closed. There is bar windows as a cashier that was my first sign.

The hotel room smelled like cigarettes despite of being a smoke free room. The bathtub had damages as well to the toilet. Other than that the beds were ok and clean. The lamps not working

Old motel, room is outdated. Rusty, chip paint are coming off from the bathtub and toilet. Small bathroom. Stains on bedsheets. Found a few hairs on the towels. Only okay to stay for one night for a quick rest but will not recommend. Plenty of parking. About 15 mins drive to Disneyland. Starbucks and Jack in the Box are across the motel. Other than that we will not be coming back to this motel.

Would never stay here . Rooms are old dirty, broken walls sink, shower rusted, tvs didn’t work, our 1st room stinked smells so bad, ask for another room gave us another room smell less stinky but the tub has cracks that can hurt you so asked for another one , smelled better but this place is out dated , you can hear the road and ppl walking and talking when your sleeping . Not a clean place the tubs and sinks had cracks or signs of damage and stains. Elevator is nasty looking and dirty Nothing good about this place . I should have ask for a refund but was to late when we arrived and couldn’t book right away had no choice .
