「I had a perfect experience. The staff were very kind, the hotel was extremely clean, and the rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. I did not expect a morning shuttle to the airport, but thanks to the hotel staff it was arranged free of charge.」

「Fabulous hotel in fantastic central location. Easy to walk to main attractions eg Houses of Parliament and along the river. Room was very clean with comfortable beds and lovely interiors. Certainly a very high standard. Would highly recommend for a city break exploring this beautiful city. 」
