The room was very comfortable and clean and close to the 'main hub'. Communication happened mainly via whatsapp and was efficient and timely with clear instructions. Though the building within which the suites are located is old, the room was modern. Note that you'd need your own streaming accounts if you wanted to view Netflix, Prime etc. Though the room had a kettle and cups, only a few teabags, a bit of milk and sugar was provided. So if you'd like more, bring this along. I would be more than happy to stay here again, great value for money in a good location.

I would not recommend staying at this property. The lift was not in operation and the room allocated was on the 4th floor. The stairs were very dimly lit if at all and I had to use my phone torch to see the stairs when climbing them. Next to our room was a Youth Hostel where young people were coming and going at all times of the day and night, making lots of noise and smoking outside the property. The communication from the property was not good enough and on arrival we had to wait over 1 hour to get access to our room as we had not been given all the codes required to access the room. There is no-one on site when something goes wrong. Breakfast was included in the booking and this was awful too. Breakfast is off site at a restaurant 5 minutes walk from the property. The restaurant was lovely and the staff on the whole were very friendly, however the choice allocated to guests was very, very limited. We requested a little butter for the bread served with breakfast and we were charged money for this as it was not on the list of acceptable items to be offered to guests. Budapest is an incredible city and the Christmas Market was outstanding but the accommodation could be better.

It’s inside an old building so you can’t see from the streets. But they explain you very clearly with a video how to get in the building and reach the rooms area. Everything is absolutely clean, smell good and I had a very comfortable stay.
They have to improve communication systems with clients.
Contact in person is very important to the traveler Owner save the payrolls but all disadvantage goes to guests. Good luck!

Just returned from a stay at this hotel the hotel is in an old building that also houses a hostel! When you enter the building from the main road you are in a dark smelly lobby that's full of wheelie bins when you approach the 2nd door to the main building that's when the sensor light comes. It's quite daunting especially if you arrive at night. The youngsters in the hostel are noisy and are in and out the building continously which can be intimidating especially when 6/7 of them try to get in the lift with you. Once you are inside, the building and the lift are dirty there's cobwebs in the lift and on the door frames and you can see the building is not well maintained. This is definitely not what we expected and we were very disappointed. I did complain but was told they are only responsible for the floor the hotel occupies!
The hotel is on the 3rd floor, hostel is on 1st & 2nd floors. No receptionist when I arrived and I didn't receive any check in information before getting there. The non English speaking cleaners gave me a number to call and we managed to sort everything out. No contact details in the reception area for any problems and the receptionist does not work on Friday's and no one replaces him. Overall the room was clean and looked like the photos. Its in a perfect location plenty of shops and places to eat, tram and metro are nearby so its easy to get around. The receptionist was there the next 2 days and he was very helpful gave us all the informati
Where do I even begin? First, the property is located in an old building with unpleasant common areas and a dirty elevator — not the best first impression. Then comes the confusing self check-in process: part of the access codes were sent via WhatsApp, and the room code came separately by email. When I finally arrived — late at night — the smart lock on the room didn’t work. I wasn’t alone; there were three other guests sitting in the hallway waiting for a service person to come and fix their locks. This wasn’t a one-off — apparently, the locks malfunction regularly.
To make matters worse, I had a late flight and missed it because I couldn’t access my room in time to retrieve my luggage.
After checking out, I realized I had forgotten a jacket in the room. I even have photos to prove it was left behind. I contacted them immediately, but for three days they kept telling me they’d “check” — and then they simply stopped responding. Eventually, they told me the jacket wasn’t there and their staff had no knowledge of it.
This was not just disappointing — it was completely unprofessional. I strongly advise against booking not only this property but any managed by BQA in Budapest. Poor quality, terrible communication, and absolutely no accountability. Definitely the opposite of a pleasant or reliable stay.

Super modernes und helles Zimmer inkl. Bad.
Einziger Mängel war die leider viel zu harte Matratze.
