「The staff were so friendly and accommodating from check-in, the parking, and the lounge. The room was spotless and had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. We found the room was too hot, but adjusted the thermostat to our comfort level. The only complaint I really would have is the additional "sustainability fees" of $14.99 plus HST / night (These should be included in the price of the hotel). The showhead was adjustable and water pressure strong enough. And there are also very impressive idea. Never see it in other hotel. A small night light in washroom. Breakfast with a lot options too.but the house keeper opened our door and come to clean up the room directly before we check out. This must be improve. 」
