「We encountered a rude and rude receptionist. After we checked out that day, we left our luggage at the hotel in the afternoon. When we came back to collect our luggage at four o'clock, we wanted to use the bathroom. The front desk clerk said in a very stiff tone: No! There are no public toilets, you have to use the ones in your room. We just checked out at noon and immediately fell out. 「The room was very spacious and clean and had very comfortable chairs besides a fabulously comfortable bed. The in-room coffee machine was an nespresso machine and it was absolutely fabulous morning coffee! The room was very quiet and overlooked a courtyard which was very pretty. The pool was heated and the hot tub was just right.」
