「We arrived late due to weather and there was no one at the desk to help us. We waited, tried calling on their phone, looked all over. Another vehicle had someone sleeping in it because they couldn't get anyone, either. Basically, the front desk was not manned and check-out was not available. We found a number for assistance for the owner of the hotel and he wasn't able to help - just gave us the number to the front desk which was vacant. We had to book another hotel and pay a late booking fee....

「We made a reservation when we got there at midnight the Lady said she doesn’t have rooms for us he name was Jordan because we r latinos and they did charge us ahead of time so she said there was no manager and that she couldn’t do a refund and walked away leaving us there at front desk」

「My first day they didn’t have a tv that worked, was told the maintenance man was going to get around to bringing one but I never got the tv situation handled until 11:45am Sunday morning and that’s only because I went to the office an saw the maintenance man myself . Therefore they’re very unprofessional and that’s not acceptable at all I should be owed some kind of a portion refund if not the whole payment reversal」

「The staff was always amazing here. The food is exceptional at the Bar/Lounge. Was not expecting it to be as good since it is a hotel but this was top notch food and service. Rooms are amazingly clean and I know they are going to be remodeling soon but the conditions makes it not seem like 20 years old. I will stay here everytime I am in town.」
