「Everything is good, but the door of the room is hard to close」

「The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu variety exceeded our expectations, but the hot food was lukewarm at best. Our room keys stopped working the morning we checked out. The ventilation fan in the bathroom did not work and the room was extremely humid in general; the things I hung in the closet literally felt damp the next morning. 「We made reservations online, and we got there , I was told our reservations were canceled, I never got a call, or email from the property to notify us the reservations were canceled, until 30 minutes after they told us at the property it was canceled. Front staff was not even trying to help us in any way. They kept saying Expedia should have contacted me about our reservations. We were forced to look for a place to stay the weekend, since we had traveled 9 hrs to go there. Just terrible...
