「Clean and comfortable」

「room and bedding smelled terrible, unclean, staff was short and not very helpful. very loud and could hear everything 」

「The hot water heater was not working. We took cold showers the entire time we were there. Two different plumbers came out, both said it was a 21 year old water heater that needed replacing, but nothing was done.」

「Rented a non smoking room but it smelled like ppl smoked in it every day since it was built. My sheets and blankets had cigarette burns in it. I immediately checked out once I realized the room was filthy and requested a refund that I was promised but have yet to receive. I didn't have the room for 30 minutes. I did receive my deposit but not the $68 I spent on the room.」

「Breakfast menu was great however the stench of cooked onion never left the hotel. The room we stayed in had a “funk” it just smelled old. The bed was very comfortable and linens always very clean. The shower was terrible. No water pressure and the shower itself was cracked in a few spots. 」

「In a great area and rooms/balcony were clean as advertised. WiFi worked great and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Staff were super friendly and helpful. My partner said breakfast was pretty good too. However, the pool isn’t really heated (a few fountains are but not the whole pool) and housekeeping left dirty linens that weren’t ours outside our door for a whole day. While the beach is close and visible from balconies, you do need to go through multiple “private” condos to get to the...

「I was really impressed with the property and I like the way they accommodated the personnel in our party all the way down to the extra bed that was beside the bathroom. That was a nice touch and it was a hit with everybody. We also enjoyed the lazy pool and the restaurant on the property We will definitely be back.」
