「The first night I had no hot water, and I suppose that couldn’t be helped, as the tanks needed replacing, which was done the very next day after I called the manager. A huge frustration is the inability to control the temperature in your room. That also requires a call to the manager, which seems so illogical. 「amazing trip， best night with best star. 」
