Everything was great. Clean, nice view,comfortable. The only negative was no hot shower. Water lukewarm. Had to move the microwave to reach a plug to turn it on. I suggest they get an extension cord if they want to leave it placed where it is. Otherwise great

The property has an open feel, nice decor, French doors opened to a balcony with a table and couple chairs. Very quiet surroundings and easy commute to Bryce Canyon.

I was happy to find this place nearby Bryce Canyon in Tropic. It is set up adjacent to someone's home. The room itself is newish, clean and gives you what you need. I found it a good value. I would stay here again when/if I come back to Bryce and need a place to stay.

We stayed in this charming place for several nights. The location for visiting Bryce Canyon, Scenic HWY 12, and Capital Reef was perfect. Archie was very helpful and took care of all requests including best places to eat around Tropic - The Showdowns restaurant was excellent! The only somewhat negative thing is the walls aseem thin - one may here their neighbors conversations or TV.

This was a very nice place to stay. I would, however, suggest putting a Kleenex box in the room. Blackoit curtains would also be helpful. Otherwise it was good.

The room was clean, nicely decorated. The only downfall was the AC was controlled at the front desk. We found the room hot and were not able to adjust it from our own room. They did provide a fan but it was still hot in the room.

This property is in a lovely countryside location. The room was clean and the family that runs the property was very helpful when I called. Archie ensured I had the correct address, and my room code to get in as we arrived late in the evening. I loved that it was lowkey and easy to book. The room was also a nice size for our family.

The room was very clean, loved the balcony. Sat out there whenever we weren't out and about. There was no breakfast here and there was no staff on site. The building is old and requires some maintenance. We did have a bit of a difficult time with the lock on the door due to possibly the door being a bit warped. We loved the solitude there, and just watching the quiet life. There were no amenities here though. So be sure to bring things you want for your coffee etc. The one really bad thing about this place was that the showers were ALWAYS cold. There was very seldom hot water available. We could have stayed here longer and enjoyed the solitude of small town life if we didn't have our whole trip planned.
