前台員工服務優秀，地理環境好，酒店房間不算寬敞，但佈置舒適，淋浴水壓太弱，沐浴區設計失敗，需要用額外時間洗澡，House keeping服務差亦不會更新房間個人衛生用品，房間整潔到欠佳，如駕駛到酒店使用酒店停車場建議先跟酒店員工溝通，停車場出入口尋找困難，而且空間狹小需要格外留神

Very nice location and hotel! It gives you a warm welcome feeling with its scents. Beautiful room and helpful staff. Very easy to walk to most of the places to visit and super close to the central station!
