My honest rating would be about a 3.5 but that's not an option. Room small but fine, except for the water we had all over the floor after every shower, with no way to drain it. Only way to control it was with lots of towels. Wanted an extra blanket, but the first person I asked couldn't find one. ...

Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie
Room was very clean. Service in Belgium overall including this hotel is absolutely terrible. The entire building must be set to either cool or heat. Rooms are not able to be independently adjusted. As a result all 4 rooms were very warm.
