Svarar inte häller när personalen från hotel .com försökte kontakta den ansvariga för att få en förklaring . Ingen återbetalning 😡.akta för lurarna.

Awfull experience With mice and doves!

Unfortunately in the bathroom’s roof There were a Family of mice that went crazy and squeaking every time we had to use the bathroom! We Did not sleep well the 2 nights we were there! We Did complain to the manager Christian and his aide Ikea, that they ought to do something about it! The Apartment is well located but as it is it represents a danger to the health. I want my money Back as this experience was Disgusting. In any case I have audio from the animals inside the roof.

Central location can't be beat and close to 2 public parking garages. Neighborhood is busy in the evening but noise level was acceptable with windows closed (and kindly provided ear plugs). The apartment is basic but serviceable and gives good value for the price. Sofa bed is hideously uncomfortable and might be an issue for longer stays (we were only there overnight). Office staff were kind and helpful at checkin.

Så finere ut på bildet enn i virkeligheten. Men helt grei leilighet, noe slitt bygning men en ser de har prøvd sitt beste å få rommet til å se bedre ut. Helt grei leilighet med alt en trenger. NB, det er et stort hull inn fra Soveromm til Stue, så en hører alt fra Soverom og oppholdsrom. Noe knotete å finne frem til resepsjonen, men greie nok folk. En må signere en kontrakt og de tar kopi av legimitasjonen din, som jeg ikke liker. Vi måtte også betale der og da, selv om vi hadde betalt via Hotels.com , men dette kan jo være en feil fra Hotels.com sin side og ikke City Center Apartments

We were very pleased with our apartment. It was not only well worth the money because of its excellent location, it was clean and sufficient for a family of four. It looked like rooms in Ikea. We didn’t use the kitchen for any cooking but there’s plenty of facilities available. We did use the wine (bought from grocery store 5 minutes away) glasses and coffee (provided in apartment) mugs. You are asked to wash what you use in the kitchen before you leave. The heating kicked in after we cranked it up soon after we entered the apartment. It took a while to heat up but it worked well after that. There are plenty of hooks to hang your clothes etc. The bathroom is basic but clean. There were enough towels however, no toiletries. There is a mini refrigerator, tv, toaster, coffee machine, iron and a microwave. We arrived a bit earlier to check in time but our apartment was ready. Ettiene did a smooth check in by providing all the useful information we might need. There’s also ample measures taken to secure the place. The area seemed pretty safe as it is. Finding the place was fairly easy too. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would stay there again.

Excellent location-elevator out of order

The location of this apartment is excellent! However we weren’t warned that the elevator is out of order and we were on the 3rd floor with bags, groceries, etc... we signed a form that we wouldn’t be partying or noisy... unfortunately the people above us didn’t... they came in at 0130 & continued to party until after 0200... we could hear them very well. The sofa sleeper is not comfortable. We were only there 1 night.. one sleepless night...

Good place to stay for a couple of days, everything necessary included. But my deposit of 150 euro is not returned yet although we checked out 10 days ago, and staff promised me that it would be returned within a week.

Lo único que nos gustó fue la ubicación. Lo que no, la calefacción y el agua caliente no iba, el ascensor estaba roto y viajábamos con una persona en silla de ruedas, había muy mal olor en el apartamento, las escaleras eran peligrosas y parecía que se iban a caer, el sillon que se convertía en cama individual muy ruidoso e incómodo. Dejamos una fianza de 150 euros el día 5 de diciembre y a día 26 de diciembre, no nos la han devuelto, hemos intentado ponernos en contactos con ellos por correo, whatsap y teléfono, y no contestan a nada!

"EXELENTE UBICACION"

La ubicación EXELENTE, limpieza EXELENTE, cercano a la "Gare Central" estación de tren que viene del aeropuerto Saventem, cercano a la plaza principal literal a la vuelta, cerca de restaurantes, venta de suveniers, supermercado. No es un hotel, es un apartamento, no dan artículos de limpieza, champú y jabón, no hacen limpieza. Cobran el impuesto al llegar no es mucho. Cobran depósito. Hay q confirmar y estar en comunicación con los apartamentos para q coordinen la entrega de llave del apartamento. Tienen whatsapp hablan español, ingles,frances sin problema de comunicación. En general sin problema. Lo recomiendo ampliamente al 100 % Regresaría con gusto.

Endroit on ne peut pas plus centre ville, à deux pas de la bourse et d'un parking couvert pas cher. Très accueillant et avec un personnel irréprochable. Préboir 150 euro de caution à bloquer pour une semaine.

Excellent séjour!!

Nous sommes arrivés à 4 pour 2j/1n. L'équipe de l'appart hôtel est vraiment top!! Les explications sont claires et si vous avez besoin d'adresses sympas et pas attrape touriste, demandez leur, les bons plans seront au rendez-vous. L'appartement est idéalement situé, calme et lumineux!! Séjour parfait!! Pour ce qui est du bruit, les piétons ne nous on pas dérangés (centre-ville de Bruxelles désormais piétons).

Instalaciones en muy mal estado, muy incómodo

Pasamos 4 días 3 noches, la 1ª noche llegamos y estamos SIN CALEFACCIÓN Y SIN AGUA CALIENTE EN PLENO MES DE DICIEMBRE...., tuvimos que llamar de nuestro bolsillo al nº de urgencias que te dejan, mandaron a un técnico que nos dijo que era un problema de presión de la caldera el cual supuestamente solucionó, digo supuestamente porque el último día nos levantamos con el mismo problema.... Son cosas que no entiendo, sabes que vas a recibir a unos huéspedes y no compruebas que las instalaciones básicas funcionen??? El cuarto de baño con agujeros en los baldosines de la bañera (un niño podía meter fácilmente la mano y cortarse), las tuberías todas a la vista, sin ningún enchufe para poder secarse el pelo, ni champú ni gel, en la habitación ni un solo espejo, la limpieza del piso solo la hacen cuando te vas... Nos quejamos a la dirección y nos dijeron que nos reembolsarían algo por los inconvenientes, un mes después sigo esperando, no se han dignado ni a contestar a mis mails.... UNA TOTAL TOMADURA DE PELO!

Staff: Courteous. Friendly. Helpful. Apt: Clean. Spacious. Convenient. Only issue i had was the floors. Their so thin you can hear the upstairs guests walking around and talking. When they shut the door and walk in it almost sounds like their in your apt.

Information at checking poor. Hard to find Aparen't. No lift and not pre warned. Holes and other building work in evidence in apartment. Uncovered pipes jd boiler in bathroom. Will not use again
