"We would have given full marks for the stay, if it wasn't for the fact that a pending charge by mistake was put onto our account of 345 euro, also whilst we knew about room servicing has to be given 24 hours notice, we were expecting our towels to be changed daily. In addition to this the Akai restaurant does not list vegetables as a priced option so beware, as we were charged 19 euro for 6 tiny shoots of asparagus! Overall it put a damper on our stay and whilst we enjoyed our visit to Brussels we wouldn't return."
