The flat was nice but was NOT what we expected. We booked something expected to be bigger, with parking and a micro-wave oven for instance. Instead, we got a smaller flat without parking and micro-wave (parking can be expensive un Brussels). Also, I'm tall (1,86m) and couldn't take a shower without bending (the shower was inappropriate for people of more than 1,75-1,80m.) That being said, we were in the same area and the surroundings were nice. The flat was clean and nice.

il faut d'abord contacter l'agence pour prendre rendez vous pour recevoir la clé.et de plus l'ascenseur n'a pas fonctionner durant tout le séjour.

Warning!

Very rude personnel. They didn't even show up like promised to check us in. We waited on the streets for more than 4 hours in vain. And then they lied about actually coming and not finding us outside and claiming they called and texted. Other guests had the same problem. Also the hotell look nothing like the pictures. All they cared about is to repeat the no refund policy, its like they knew people would hate them. In the end we had to check in another hotell after 4 hours of waiting. Really outrageous.

A 10 minutos del centro andando, a 2 minutos de una parada de metro. Las habitaciones están muy bien, pero las puertas no dan mucha seguridad. El edificio tampoco está para tirar cohetes. Habitación amplia con cocina y baño. La única pega es que tienes que llamar con antelación y esperar a que te den las llaves, ya que los propietarios no están ahí siempre.

Ontzettend onvriendelijk persooneel

Personeel maakt afspraken en komt deze vervolgens niet na, geeft verkeerde adressen door, schreeuwt vervolgens over de telefoon dat we de niet het juiste adres kunnen vinden. Op het moment dat de sleutel ingeleverd wordt spreken ze vloeiend Engels maar zodra je bij dezelfde persoon een klacht wil indienen kan ze ineens geen engels meer.

Not a good Apartment

1) Apartment which I booked after seeing the photo and which I got is totally different. 2) Apartment was not Good, Its very old apartment. 3) There is no tea / coffee maker, few item in Kitchen, No Bowl 4) Water pressure in wash basin tab was very less , I complaint the same, but didn't fix it. My overall experience was not Good.

Changement d'appartment a la dernière minute, il manque beaucoup de choses dans l'appartement (micro onde,nécessaire de toilette etc) tele qui ne fonctionne pas et salle de d'eau trop petite plafond très bas !

Incheck onduidelijk. Facilteiten ok, niet uitstekend. Uitcheck later dan in de voorwaarden opgenomen. We moesten met spoed naar het vliegveld.

Bedbugs!

The apartment - The door seemed to be broken not long ago, and it was not fixed properly. Which did not give good sense of security. - There were infiltration signs in the apartment and Bed bugs! On the first night I slept on the bed room not noticing that the bed was filled with bed bugs. Unfortunately, I only made this discovery at the second night when I was about to go lie down on the bad. That night I had to go sleep to the living room on a bed that seemed to be clear of bedbugs but, half of the bed was broken and it was far from being comfortable.

horrible acceuil et chambre tellement sale ainsi qu'une odeur affreuse. nous etions tellement deu que nous avons due payer un hotel pour cette nuit la avec un contact excecrable avec la dame que vous nous avez mis en contact. Nous esperons au moins etre remboursé de cette residence louise qui ressemble fortement à une arnaque. Merci pour votre compréhension

Modern apartment and great service

Having booked an apartment for the wrong night, I got an instant replacement in another building. The contact persons were extremely nice and understanding. A life-saver! The alternative apartment was really huge and apparently just renovated. The bed sheets smelled as if they came fresh from the laundry which I found extremely positive. Only the sound of the bathrooms' ventilation was maybe a bit loud in the bedroom.

Beautiful apartment, very central, a large balcony

We loved the hospitality we got , the receptionists were very helpful and we enjoyed our stay mostly because of the positive energy from the hotel staff ! Recommendation for everybody !

Kwamen aan in het complex. De vrouw sprak geen Engels en kon ons moeilijk volgen. Toen we binnenkwamen rook het vies en alles zag er oud uit. Wc papier in de deur gepropt om alles bij elkaar te houden. Badkamer rook naar chemisch spul en bleef in de kamer hangen. Bed was wel schoon en de locatie was prima. - slechte communicatie - vies en oud - konden niet met creditcard betalen - er is extra geld afgeschreven en heb het nog niet terug! + prima locatie Ga er niet meer naar toe terug.

Catastrophique. limite de l'insalubrité, jamais vu un studio aussi austere, triste, morne...démoralisant. J'ai eu honte de m'être fait avoir à ce point - le prix ne vaut pas la prestation...et les photos sont abusivement trompeuses. Ce genre de location devrait être interdite. Il n'y a donc pas de contrôle?

Shabby flat.

I can not recommend this place! The room is very shabby with the wardrobe door hanging half way off, the tap in the kitchen was loose, despite the room probably had not been renovated that long ago. Everything that was in the flat was of the lowest possible quality and probably only looked good for about a week after it had been done. My impression was that nothing had been looked after or fixed since it opened. There was not enough toilet paper for the days we stayed and no washing up liquid and no bin. The hallway looked like it had not been cleaned for months and there was no light in the stairwell.

Internet absolument inefficace ca ne marchais pas du tout !!! Les rideaux sont trop petit par rapport à la baie vitrée qui est plein sud donc réveil au aurores ;pas de cafetière alors que c'était en photo !mais micro onde grille pain vaisselle frigo etc literie et Proprete inpecable chambre assez grande ; La télécommande de la télé marchais pas et pas de gel de douche ni savon ni shampoing par contre appartement sur cour très très calme dommage pour les défauts ça pourrait être bien quartier un peux triste mais calme et secure problème aussi y'a pas de réception donc pas de possibilité de laisser sa valise avant son avion ou train bref bcp bcp de défaut
