「Air conditioning wall unit stopped and did not work, we were very hot at night. Hallways, gym area, elevators, and garage were very creepy and dirty. We were scared. We also couldn’t get any soda or bottled water because the machines only take cash. Please consider people’s safety and security, and needing to feel comfortable. The room is fine, but couldn’t use the coffee machine because cups were not wrapped in plastic for safety. Please do not charge people $500 plus. This is a $150 hotel....

「We enjoyed the setting, location, and comfort of the condo. The Coral Tree (property managers) staff were great, responded immediately to a minor issue we had, and the overall experience was great. We are seniors who enjoy hiking and exploring areas like Snowmass and Aspen. Despite it being the “Shoulder Season” we delighted in the delightful setting, the quiet, and the access to hiking and all the amenities we needed.」

「Lovely hotel, pristine and welcoming. Florence at the front desk was friendly and efficient, did everything to make guests comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was perfect. We enjoyed freshly brewed coffee, OJ, and a toasted bagel with cream cheese and yummy preserves. Walking to downtown shops and sights was a breeze. Superb location near private residences and wooded bike trails. Recommend. 」
