Very modern look and feel. No elevator, stairs to all rooms. 10 digit codes to unlock the room was a bit much, but we adapted. Our downstairs room had no outside views. Used the window a/c unit to being in some fresh air. Overall a nice facility located right on Main Street with a 10 minutes walk to miost everything in downtown Aspen.

I was on crutches and couldn't go up/down stairs easily. The owner moved me to first floor and moved my luggage for me. The room was very clean. Good continental breakfast. Very close to downtown. The owner was extremely nice and always asked if we needed anything. I would definitely stay there again.

No elevator in the building, stairs difficult to navigate for older customers. Continental breakfast was below average. Again, navigating all of the stairs if wanting to take breakfast back to your room was difficult. On a positive note, located a short 10 minute walk to the heart of downtown.
