Room was dirty. Roaches were in the restroom, the stove top didn’t work, the walls were extremely gross and dirty, the sheets were dirty, the tv remote was being held together by a rubber band, and management did nothing about it when the concerns were brought up. It's right off the interstate, a bit confusing to get to because GPS kept going in circles. It's in a quiet area, rooms were spacious and clean. Had a cute little kitchenette with plates, pans, utensils and all included. Outside is a little pond that has ducks, that was my kids favorite spot. There is a convenient store with in waking distance that has a Mediterranean food truck in the parking lot. Shopping/dining isn't far either.

Property is under renovation so rooms are very limited and the one that we were first given smelled like fresh paint so it was a very strong smell I then asked for a different room but the a/c was off so when we went to turn it on it started leaking getting the floor wet. We also found a bug on one of the bed sheets. We decided to leave and the lady at the front desk was very understanding and gave us a refund.

good service but bad pool

the first thing i noticed the tv was broken . i told the front desk they changed my room .then the pool smelled nasty. like sewage. like pooped .i was afraid to get sick if i get in the pool .but the front desk was really helpful. but i dont think i would ever go again

There were cockroaches in the first room that I receive in the 3rd floor. That same night we change to the 1st floor to a new room and we saw again cockroaches in the 2nd and 3rd night.

La habitación o estaba limpia, abrimos la puerta y estaba la basura que habían limpiado o aspirado, las sabanas de la cama estaban manchadas, no había suficientes toallas, en general muy sucio la habitación

Horrible, I am not a picky person when it comes to hotels but this was horrendous. Roaches all over the floor crawling from the dresser and cabinets. One was crawling on me after I left the the hotel, I noticed it 10 minutes down the road that I had a roach on my shoulder! Disgusting!!!! I wouldn’t stay here again if it was free.

Hotel viejo

Nos dieron una habitación además de que estaba vieja y maltratada y se veía muy mal, olía demasiado a cigarro y no era de fumar, pedimos el cambio y nos movieron a otra que ya no olía a cigarro pero seguía igual, muy vieja y con falta de cuidado en las cosas del cuarto y muy fea, solicitamos cambio nuevamente y finalmente la tercer habitación que nos dieron, estaba totalmente renovada, ya no tenía nada de refri ni para cocinar pero ya se veía mucho mejor porque estaba renovada pero aún así ya estaba medio bien. La habitación que nos dieron al final estaba en el primer piso, cerca de la recepción y el área de donde está una máquina de venta de refrescos y pues si se oía algo de ruido
