"Breakfast had many options to choose from, even had chocolate waffle batter along with the regular batter. The hotel room was an average type room. The fan in the bathroom didn't work, it sounded like it was going to fall off the ceiling. We didn't use the pool/hot tub, as you needed to ask the front desk staff for an access key."

"It is a long spread out hotel. We were placed in the 2nd room from the last end building, on a very slow weeknight. So quite the walk to lobby. The room service Mac n cheese was microwavable kraft in soupy cheese water. The lobby food options were just OK. Service was great everywhere. The warm indoor pool area was our favorite part. We usually stay at Timber Ridge indoor water park, better layout and more kid-friendly. This was different and kids still enjoyed our stay. "

"The room was really clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, we had everything we needed and it is located in a really cool area- I was hesitant about not staying in Lake Geneva, however, I actually thing this area is even better- a chill lake vibe with a great cafe, adorable little bar and ice cream shop that you can walk to. There is a public beach right across the street and an amazing marina right in the backyard. The bar and restaurant look great too. "

"It was a quick stop and go, we quite literally checked in at 1:30 am and left again before 8:00 am, we did not need much but the description and ratings were not super accurate. It is very run down, the beds felt like we were sleeping on a hard floor and I am pretty sure we were not sleeping on fresh bedding. There were random cleaning supplies strewn throughout the hallways and after driving in dense fog for the previous 5.5 hours the person checking us in was very clearly annoyed that we were there."
