「It was an okay stay. Location was convenient and I liked the idea of pub+hotel - easy for dining and drinking isn't it? However, the hotel rooms honestly need a bit of refurbishing and improvement on cleaniness. Shower faciltiies were a bit old and didn't function quite properly and stains were everywhere to be seen. But other than that price is okay.」

「Such a pleasant surprise. I have spent over 55 years travelling around the world, mainly on business. Sadly, the UK proved to be the most disappointing country for hotels and restaurants. Not this one. A pleasant and helpful receptionist, a superb team in the bar and restaurant for dinner and breakfast this morning.
