「I can not say enough about how helpful the staff was at our arrival. We had been traveling all day and there was a misunderstanding regarding which room I had reserved. The gentleman at the desk was a great help and did everything to help get us settled in for the night. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and settled in!」

They told my 8-year-old daughter that the noise from the neighbors was merely them “doing their business,” as if loud lovemaking was acceptable. When we asked to be moved to a room without a connecting door—especially after the neighbor had smashed our wall—they discouraged us from calling the police. 「My husband and I were in town for a sporting event and added a few extra days on afterwards. This hotel was beautiful and had wonderful staff that were always willing to answer questions or just check in and see how we were doing. Upon checking in we received two complimentary drink cards to a local spot that was a great way to explore the town and get introduced to our surroundings.
