「Its a very dated property, but it gives it that real seaside hotel feel about it. Traditional! The rooms are clean with a modern bathroom (lacking shelf space in the bathroom). But lots of facilities in the room, and the daily maid service was great, giving us more bottled water and towels on a two night stay. 」

「The room, facilities were fantastic. The little touches, Norfolk Natural Living….. bubble bath, shower gel and shampoo with conditioner, added to the quality of our stay! Bread source breakfast was delicious! Home made bread source biscuits with their amazing coffee in the room was lovely to have on arrival and again first thing in the morning. Highly recommend, everything was as advertised. 」

「Amazing stay, the most wonderful place with the most wonderful staff. Maybe, the best place I have ever stayed. Perfect. 」

「Warm welcome and great service. The whole team were very friendly at all times whether on reception, serving breakfast or just passing in corridors. Lovely room - very warm but housekeeping took steps to minimise this ahead of arrival. Good breakfast choices, well prepared. 」

「The hotel is located just 5 mins from the Norwich Airport. I will recommend this hotel for people who are taking early flights. The hotel room is large and comfortable. My son (10 year old) slept very well on the sofa bed. Last but not least, the breakfast is delicious. 」

「We stayed for one night, and it was fabulous! The staff and manager really made this stay great. Nothing was too much trouble. It was relaxing and calm. Everything was spotless clean. Our bedroom was great, with a view of the sea spacious and really comfortable. The food was excellent so compliments to the chef! Enjoyed the stay so much we are booking again. We really recommend this hotel...but more than anything what a fantastic team.」

「Excellent service and very friendly I couldn’t praise them enough it seemed like nothing was too much trouble from 4/5 staff I dealt with My only reservation is the close town all seemed to shut down at 18.30 which was a shame but not the hotels fault My compliments to all staff」

「Cosy, comfy room. Excellent management, really friendly, and accommodated us as vegans brilliantly. Great location. Shower pressure little low and couldn't get on the wifi, but deffo not dealbreakers. Would recommend, would go back」
