「Good」

「John at the front desk was very attentive. The women at the Bistro however was not. She never acknowledged us when we walked up to the counter. We noticed she was looking up a drink recipe so we gave her grace as we could tell she was new, but when she walked away to go talk to John at the front desk we decided the coffee we wanted wasn’t worth it. Other then that or stay was great.」

「Everything about this hotel was great, EXCEPT after 11 pm it is difficult to get into the hotel. For security reasons, the main door is locked, but there is no key reader. You have to walk around to the valet parking entrance and they will let you in. However, there is no sign to let you know that is what you are supposed to do.」

「The breakfast was delicious, the room was spacious and comfortable, the corridor was well-ventilated, and the swimming pool was also great. Overall, I was very satisfied.」

「Great hotel in downtown Colorado Springs. Convenient location with easy access to travel to local sights. Great sports bar next to the hotel with good food at reasonable prices.」

「Good」

「Very nice hotel, good service, large and clean rooms, especially very convenient parking, I will choose here next time!!」

「The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious.」

「Nice stay」

「Great helpful/friendly staff and great property. Bath room was not clean when we arrived. Coffee was very weak - I'd recommend going to a coffee shop for coffee.」

「There was a group of loud parties in my hall, which was the main floor right down the hall from the front desk, and the staff did nothing about it. Also, the air conditioner in my room kept turning off. I finally switched rooms at 1:30 in the morning, and the air conditioner in the room next door did the same thing. I had it set on the lowest setting and it wouldn’t get the room cold.」

「Slightly dated rooms and lobby. Older property. Also same/similar HGI nearby which is nicer. I confused the locations as they are so close to each other」

「房間很乾淨，各項設施維護得不錯，跟許多連鎖旅店比起來，更為物美價廉。」
