「Place in a good, just that the washroom is not clean… and there is a coffee but no filter… but the reception provided the filter… the place is very good in total.. Hopefully the housekeeping will improve it next time…the host is very easy to communicate as the information was provided to us beforehand.」

「Stayed here for 2 nights at the end of October and wish it had been for longer. The views are exactly as advertised. Simply stunning. We saw seals swimming at the foot of the cliffs, and even had a brief orca sighting. The reclining chairs next to the floor-to-ceiling windows swivel 360 so you can spin around to the view any time. The kitchen is reasonable well equipped. I wish there had been binoculars available but I understand it may be a theft issue. There is even a huge window in the...

「Our fireplace didn’t work and we reported it. It was fixed quickly the next day. The fireplace had not been turned on yet.
The baseboard heater in the bedroom and the bathroom do not work. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is falling out of the ceiling so doesn’t work very well.
The unit really needs an upgrade. Cupboards and bathroom are really dated.
The location is perfect but for the price, we would not book this unit again.」

「很好的地方！房间也很好！唯一觉得需要改进的是床，两个人用时有些互相影响，一个人动，另外一个人能感受到。」

「Le Chamois was a rather nice place to stay at. We got upgraded to a better view, and it was incredibly convenient in terms of the area. It was close to the ski lifts and the village.
The only unpleasant experience was that they made a mistake in booking the lift tickets and snowboarding courses for us and we’ve got triple-charged! We had to contract them for refund and it took more than a week to show the refund item in the credit card statement. And due to the different exchange rates in...

「The property is well maintained, check-in (out) was quick and easy.
We enjoyed the many rabbits that gather outside daily; even though they’re wild bunnies, they’re obviously not afraid of people and would come right up to you. They’re so cute and quirky!
I believe that our unit had been recently renovated. Even though it was really nice, it wasn’t what I assumed we’d be getting; the photos were completely different! The unit I had booked had a lovely white kitchen with a large island, 4...
